Welcome my name is Tina Redmond and I proudly serve as Chair of Community Coordination for the NAACP Beverly Hills/Hollywood Branch. My work is rooted in building bridges by strengthening community relationships, elevating cultural awareness, activating civic engagement and spotlighting small businesses that make a meaningful impact locally.
I lead a dynamic committee focused on expanding the branch’s visibility, relevance and influence across the region. Our mission centers on cultivating strategic partnerships with leaders in entertainment, sports, business, politics and community advocacy ensuring the diverse voices of Beverly Hills and Hollywood are not only represented but truly heard.
Through curated programming, community driven events and collaborative initiatives, we elevate local perspectives and inspire participation in civic life. Our goal is simple yet powerful connect communities, champion equity and create sustainable progress.
Beyond my philanthropic work, I am the CEO of TRACC RADIO.TV STUDIOS, a media, technology and entertainment company. Through this platform, My team and I developed the TRACC RADIO app, home to the TRACC RADIO.TV Podcast where I partner with the NAACP branch to produce engaging segments that spotlight community conversations, events and programs aligned with the NAACP's mission. TRACC stands for Tina Redmond Always Connecting Culture, a guiding principle that drives everything I do. I believe diversity is not just something to acknowledge, but a powerful force that fuels growth, unity and understanding across communities, industries and lifestyles.
Individuals and organizations interested in collaborating on initiatives that support the NAACP’s mission are encouraged to connect and schedule a meeting. I also welcome forward thinking, passionate, purpose driven individuals interested in joining the Community Coordination Committee those who value collaboration, community connection and building impact as a team.
The Community Coordination Committee exists to uplift people, celebrate culture and strengthen community while advancing the NAACP’s mission. I remain deeply committed to building meaningful relationships, amplifying diverse voices and creating spaces where communities don’t just exist but thrive.
